Founded in 2018 by a successful entrepreneur within the entertainment and hospitality industries, BBB Talent Agency was built on a strong drive and passion to support those working across the industry. From day one, our goal has been to create an agency that feels like a family — one that genuinely cares, works hard, understands the industry firsthand, and truly enjoys what we do.

Since opening, BBB Talent has grown into one of Scotland’s largest talent agencies, proudly representing over 5,000 adult supporting artists across the country.

We are passionate about working with national and international production companies and casting directors, supplying outstanding supporting artists, featured roles, walk-ons, models, voiceover talent, musicians, and more. Our artists are loyal, professional, and stand out for all the right reasons — helping productions run smoothly, creatively, and efficiently.

Our experienced casting agents tailor every booking to your exact needs and are available around the clock to assist with last-minute changes, urgent bookings, or special requests. We know this isn’t a 9-to-5 industry — and neither are we. We’re here 24/7 to keep your productions moving.

Expanding Southward

With a strong presence established in Scotland, we have expanded into the south of the UK, continuing to build relationships with even more production companies while widening our network of trusted clients and exceptional supporting artists.

Technology That Supports You

Our custom-built, fully paperless Track, Trace & Communicate system gives both our clients and artists real-time control and communication. In a fast-paced industry where things can change in an instant, our technology ensures we’re always one step ahead.

Trusted by Industry Leaders

We’ve had the pleasure of working with major companies such as HBO, Sony, Disney Star, Netflix, BBC, STV, ITV, Starz, Prime Video, Apple TV, Studio Lambert, and many more. The productions you see listed on our site are just a glimpse of the exciting projects we’ve been proud to support.
